Коваленко Светлана Валентиновна, компанія "Таліон +" подає запити до банків для виявлення коштів та інших цінностей, а також подальшу можливість сплати боргу Вашими родичами згідно ст.371 ЦКУ. Майно, що є у спільній власності може бути стягнено, або арештовано у праві спільної сумісної власності з ціллю погашення заборгованості. Но дело вот в чем на попытки поговорить нормально и пойти на какие то компромисы потому что в первую очередь это важно мне они не идут. Вопрос состоит в том. Я негде не прописана совмесно не владею. З ними нормально говорити не вийде, тут або довести, що укладений договір є нікчемним (таких насправді багато через порушення процедури ЗУ "Про електронну комерцію"), або сплачувати, третього не існує

Родичі не відповідають за Вашими борговими зобов'язаннями, тому фактично Вони на Вас здійснюють психологічний тиск з метою спонукати виконати їх неправомірні вимоги, як правило, все зводиться лише до залякування, тому Вам потрібно ігнорувати їх, припинити з ними спілкування. У разі якщо з"являться до додому родичів, нікого не пускайте, одразу викликайте поліцію, потрібно буде подавати заяву про злочин, оскільки це вимагання та незаконне проникнення у житло. Примусове стягнення може здійснювати лише виконавча служба та приватні виконавці на підставі рішення суду. Вам потрібно діяти законними методами, для цього потрібно направити в МФО юридичного листа та заяви про заборону використання персональних даних, після отримання обґрунтованого за змістом юридичного листа, у них не буде законних підстав нараховувати Вам великі відсотки, штрафи та пеню за прострочення платежів. Вам буде необхідно повернути лише тіло кредиту у тому розмірі, який Ви від них отримали, а у разі спливу строку позовної давності взагалі не доведеться повертати кошти. Такий юридичний лист забезпечить Вам захист і у разі звернення МФО до суду або до поліції з заявою про злочин, бо буде у Вас доказ, що Ви вживали заходи щодо повернення їм коштів та не визнавали кредитні зобов'язання, отже не можна вважати отримані кошти позикою. Звертайтесь, можу надати Вам юридичну допомогу у вирішенні проблем з МФО.
